Deep Rest.

Yoga Nidra for Renewal and Nourishment

TRY YOGA NIDRA

As a psychologist and longtime practitioner of yoga, I’ve seen firsthand how the nervous system holds the key to both our suffering and our healing. One of the most profound tools I’ve encountered in this work is Yoga Nidra—a guided practice of deep rest that supports the mind, body, and spirit in profound ways.

Whether you’re navigating chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, or simply seeking space to reconnect with yourself, Yoga Nidra offers a gentle yet powerful pathway home.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a state of conscious rest—a structured form of guided meditation done lying down, where the body relaxes completely while the mind remains gently alert. It’s a practice supported by both ancient tradition and modern neuroscience.

Through this practice, we create space for:

  • Regulating the nervous system

  • Reducing stress and anxiety

  • Improving sleep and restfulness

  • Enhancing clarity and focus

  • Releasing emotional tension

No movement, flexibility, or previous experience is required. Just a willingness to be still and present.
