Program Overview

Session 1: Getting Quiet So We Can Hear Our Soul

Stillness is the beginning of freedom. In this session, Dr. Caitlin Clarke gently guides you into a quiet, spacious awareness where you can hear your soul’s wisdom. Includes a grounding Yoga Nidra practice and reflection on bringing more presence into daily life.

Session 2: Values and Intentions

When we pause, clarity arises. This week, you’ll rest into stillness and reconnect with your core values, planting an intention that supports living more freely and authentically.

Session 3: Sensations and Emotions

Whole self living means welcoming every part of our experience. In this session, you’ll learn to meet sensations and emotions with compassion, discovering how stillness helps you integrate and release what you carry.

Session 4: Thoughts

Freedom comes when we see thoughts for what they are. Through Yoga Nidra and reflection, Dr. Clarke helps you step back from the noise of the mind and discover the spacious stillness that holds all thought.

Session 5: Joy

Beneath striving and self-criticism, joy is always present. In this uplifting practice, stillness becomes a doorway to gratitude, delight, and the freedom to live lightly.

Session 6: Awakened Life

Integration is the art of living what you’ve discovered. In our final session, we gather the insights from stillness and explore how to carry them into daily rhythms, so you may rest deeply, live freely, and embody whole self living.
